Jackie Mitchell was a seventeen year old pitcher with the minor league team Chattanooga Lookouts when, in a 1931 exhibition game against the New York Yankees, SHE!!! struck out Babe Ruth and Lou Gehring! Jackie was a that good. Marla sang and arranged the tune with Andrews Sisters-like vocals and wonderful horns.
